Estate Planning Workshop - River Valley Law Firm Learn the steps necessary to protect your assets and provide for your loved ones. At the workshop, we will discuss several issues including: The advantages and disadvantages of Wills and Living Trusts; How to maintain your privacy and protect your estate if you become disabled (hint: not all Powers of Attorney are valid); How to plan before you need Long Term Care; How to preserve your estate for your children even if your spouse gets remarried after your death; How to leave property to your children – yes there’s a right way and a wrong way; How to protect your children’s inheritance from divorces, lawsuits and other claims; How to provide for special needs or disabled children and grandchildren. Designed to be educational in nature, the workshop will be about an hour and fifteen minutes. Please be sure to arrive a little early. Refreshments will be served after the presentation. Masks are required and all seating will be socially distanced. Reservations are required Seating limited to adults only We will place a friendly reminder call to the number you provide the day before the workshop.
